Format Change

I’m averaging less than a post a month. This isn’t much of a blog.

I’m rearranging the site to better reflect my current habits. I’m not dropping the blog part, but shifting some of the site’s focus to highlight new work, keep everyone abreast of ongoing projects, note which events I’m attending, and other things to soon be figured out.

The site was due for a redesign anyway. Stay tuned.

Yeah, blogs must die. Too much unnecessary information (crappy info really) that nobody needs. People should only write when they have relevant things to say.

ahm sorry, i like your stuff but what new work are you talking about?

Nothing significant happened here for the last half year or more in terms of work.

Nice site. I’m trying to get my head around your first lightbox.js to help display some flash.

I want to get more into the whole ajax world and this lightbox project is definately enough eyecandy to draw me in. Definately a nice footprint when I’m usually used to flash for stuff like this.

    Man, lightbox is great!

i do have one quick question.(i stole this from below)

Just a question about captions. By adding the ‘title’ tag for the captions to show below the photo, it also displays popup ‘alt’ text when the user hovers over the link to the photos. Is there anyway to overcome this without losing the captions in lightbox? That is, to get rid of the alt text, but keep the captions.

    Thanks!

Hey the blog is good as is it. But theres one error, this isnt a 3-Col theme if you have a 19 inch monitor :) Just thought i might want to know that.

    Heres a screen.

And as goes for the blog, its good as it is, just a little bit more updates i guess, or any projects etc your working on.

I always that the 4 column layout was intentional. Making use of whatever space that becomes available. No?

I love Lightbox. It’s so great. Thanks for letting it run free. I just used it on this artist’s portfolio (and of course listed you in the credits): http://www.sharonbowar.com

I agree with Fernand. Fewer blogs with less superfluous writing; more content and meaningful updates.

    Lightbox, btw, is awesome.
